Director intercom into vMix (commentator "Talk to Director")

A vMix Browser input that carries a commentator's voice only while they hold Talk to Director. It is separate from the commentary microphone inputs, so it can never reach the final mix by itself: in vMix set this input's Master (M) OFF and use its headphone / solo button to hear it.
